How Does the Pay work?

Our Sales Team Representatives sell one year "Quarterly Pest Control" service agreements, which takes care of customer pest problems year round. Each Sales Rep makes a commission percentage of the contract value that he or she sells, so the more sales you make, the more you make per sale. 

We start first year Sales Reps at 30% of the contract value sold to the customer. Our Quarterly Pest Control contracts are normally sold at $510,  you would earn 30% of that $510, which means you are making $153 per sale. If you add additional services or features to their contract it would only go up in value, thus earning you a higher commission. 

As you sell more accounts, you earn more per sale. At 50 sales you now earn 31% of every contract sold, at 100 sales you earn 32% of every contract sold. Then after 100 sales your commission percentage goes up 1% for every 25 sales sold. This number can go up all the way until you cap off at 65% commission from each sale.

Second year Sales Reps, and those who have come in with prior relevant door to door sales experience, will start at 35% of the contract value as a thank you for coming back to work with us, or choosing to work with us over other options.

Those with multiple years of knocking experience, or Sales Managers with Landlock, especially those with high sales numbers may negotiate a higher commission percentage on a case by case basis. Landlock is open to discussion, and happy to pay Sales Reps based on their experience and ability to provide sales for the company.
