Work hard during the summer for year-round financial freedom
Every summer Landlock hires, trains, and supports determined Sales Reps from all over the world. Many sales reps come to Landlock with no sales experience or existing sales skills, but between the support and training from our experienced managers, advice from veteran Sales Reps, and a thorough online training portal, we ensure that we teach each rep the skills needed to be successful during the summer and beyond.

With these improved tools, we have seen the effectiveness and productivity of each Sales Rep dramatically increase. Our training site, complete with pdf's to study and videos to review, has sped up how quickly our Sales Reps are able to come out and immediately start making sales. This opportunity is positively impacting their overall earning potential by preparing everyone prior to starting, which in turn adds more sales to their summer.
Every summer, Landlock draws Sales Reps from all across the United States, and even a select few from abroad. Sales Reps come from every race, creed, and socio-economic background, but if there’s one thing they all have in common, it’s an uncommon work ethic and desire to better themselves. Landlock Summer Sales Reps don’t just make great money, and learn marketable skills, they also build personal and professional relationships that prove meaningful long after the summer ends.
Selling Pest Control door to door can be difficult at times, and thats why you will have a great group of hardworking teammates to help build you up and support you when times are tough. They help get you through the summer, and you do the same for them. Over the years we have seen these relationships become some of the strongest life-long friendships, and also yield excellent networking groups as you push forward into your career after college and even after Landlock. Landlock also has full-time positions and franchise opportunities available to the most successful Reps, who want to put in that hard work, but also want and deserve a piece of the pie.
Summer sales can be hard, it requires mental toughness that most don’t know they have until they’re tested. Some won't acquire that toughness until they push through these types of difficult tests.
No one understands this better than us; From the Owner, to our VP of Sales, to the Regional Sales Managers, down to the Assistant Managers. Each member of our sales leadership has been exactly where you will be. They have spent several summers sweating it out, building their arsenal of sales tools, on and off of the doors. Each of our sales leaders has put in the work, and put up the numbers. We know that on a hot day, when things don’t seem to be going your way, a little guidance and added motivation goes a long way. That is why throughout the summer, Landlock offers a variety of bonuses and incentives to keep our Sales Reps motivated. These incentives range from $100 gift cards, to floor seats at an NBA game, to all expense paid vacations in Hawaii and the Caribbean. There are "Private Stock" rewards like Apple airpods available, along with segway scooters, and Yeti coolers. For incredible performers, Landlock even offers $55,000 towards a new car, and dozens of others unique bonuses and prizes. We truly do believe that hard work should pay off, and it shows in the earning potential and the bonuses you are offered.
