We have 3 simple priorities for each of our Summer Sales Reps:

Network, Learn, and Earn. Many Sales Reps come to Landlock with no sales experience or pre-existing sales skills. Between the guidance from experienced managers, support from veteran Sales Reps, and a thorough online training  portal, each Rep learns the skills needed to be successful during the summer. Through this summer program, Sales Reps gain valuable and marketable career skills, lifelong friends, and money in the bank.
