Landlock Sales and Marketing is the sales division of Landlock Pest Control, a highly rated Virginia based Pest Control company currently servicing over 30,000 customers throughout communities all over Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. Landlock Pest Control has an excellent reputation for being an eco-friendly pest service with competitive rates, and superior customer service. The Landlock Sales Team acquires new accounts by going door to door in neighborhoods where we frequently service a number of homes. With over 15 years of experience, door to door has been the main source of revenue for Landlock since we opened in 2008.
As a sales team, we knock doors to find new clients. Everyone has issues with bugs from time to time, so we make it easy for customers by coming directly to them to offer a solution for their pest issues. We typically set up Monthly or Quarterly Pest Control service plans, along with several other service package options. Our sales team is comprised of mostly college aged people who want to gain valuable sales experience, marketable skills, and high paying summer work. This job will pay you well if you are willing to learn the sales pitch, work hard on overcoming objections, and give 100% effort each day.
We are unique because of our our corporate partnerships - We partner with local and national home builders across the US to provide pest & termite solutions, which provides us an upper hand and a base level of trust with homeowners, before we ever knock their door. These partnerships make us different than any other knocking company. While others have to constantly start from scratch, we are often known in the neighborhood as "Their Bug Guys", and are frequently referred by their home builder.
We believe in paying our people based on their hard work and contribution, which is why our Sales Reps can earn so much. Your pay is a direct reflection of the effort you put in. Landlock offers competitive commission based pay scales for those looking to push themselves, and earn the highest possible amount of money over the summer. First Year Sales Reps often earn anywhere between $10,000- $20,000 in their first summer of work, while Veteran Sales Reps are earning ON AVERAGE $50,000 in a summer. We are unique in the door to door industry in the fact that we also offer an Hourly Pay option for those who are not sure about taking the risk with a commission only position, right off the bat.

Regional Sales Manager positions allow for revenue sharing, generous commission percentages on sales, along with a full salary and benefits.
